Day 1: Happy Feet

Day 2: Healthy Hips

Today the lesson is on the dynamic hip joints. It's the bridge between the upper and lower body and the primary joint for weight transfer from the upper body to the legs. By learning exactly where it is and how its design works using touch, attention, movement and imagery, we can quickly improve function and overall health and wellness. Understanding your design this way is the special sauce for lifelong wellness.

Day 3: Supple and Balanced Lower Back

Learn a quick, effective movement to release tension and balance the lower back. By using self-touch and a few targeted movements of the pelvis and lower spine, you'll be able to release tension and improve the front to back balance of the muscle in the pelvis/abdomen and lower back. This will be done standing and can be done anywhere. it's a game changing tool for your tool box.

Day 4: Liberate the Shoulders and Neck

Day four we'll cover the design and movements of the shoulder girdle. When we combine how our body is designed with movement, attention and imagery we can create positive change in the moment. We'll practice a few effective fluid movements of the shoulder girdle to release tension, improve posture and even have a positive effect on our breathing.
